The staff was excellent and the location was absolutely perfect. The room was reasonably spacious and had smoke detectors. The bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom was fairly clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast choices were great and the staff was very nice. The location was convenient for us to visit nearby attractions such as River Bend Music Center, Coney Island Park, Miami Rifle and Pistol Club, and the Pumpkin Run Nationals in Owensville OH. Getting in and out of the hotel was easy.

Staff was GREAT. Very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions about the area and the hotel. Front desk staff when we checked in was the biggest help.
House keeping seemed over whelmed and the rooms could have been cleaner. They were quick to replenish towels and whatever else we asked for with a smile.

The pool and pool area were nice.
Half the jets in the jacuzzi in the room didn't work. There was only water in my shampoo bottle.The room only had 1 towel and 1 washcloth for a king size room. Our room locked us out and had to go back to the desk to have the card reset. Hair all over the bathroom floor. The refrigerator wasn't cold.

Room was not clean. Couldn't use spa tub because dirty. Asked for wake up call never received one. Wifi didnt work the whole time I was there. Would not recommend to anyone.
